AoeL has set itself three objectives: to promote protection
of the environment and of the consumer, taking ecological
points of view into account; to encourage an appreciation
of food's value; and, to nurture understanding of the quality
and safety of organic food. The Association is committed
to securing transparent content declaration and training
in appropriate standards for organic food. Members establish
joint strategies for developing the market for ecologically
produced food.
